Here, we’ve compiled answers to the most common questions about New in Physiotherapy, our subscription-based online learning platform for neuro-physiotherapists.

  • Are there certifications or credit hours provided?
    No, since this is merely a continuing education class, we will unfortunately not be providing any certifications for any classes you attend.
  • If I don’t re-enroll for the upcoming month, will I still have access to the classes I paid for but didn’t view?
    No, if you choose not to re-enroll, you will lose access to all class recordings and membership benefits. This includes any unused classes (whether 4, 12, or more) that you previously paid for but did not view. Access will be revoked as soon as your payment is not renewed.
  • Will there be any in-person classes?
    No, since the students come from different cities of India, some outside India, it is not possible to choose a location that works for everyone. To ensure equal access to all members, we do not conduct any in-person classes.
  • Are there any institutional discounts available?
    Yes, please check the Pricing options.
  • Who can I contact for technical support or other doubts?
    All Contact details of respective personnels can be found here.
  • Who is this class appropriate for?
    Since topics are not from the very basics, these classes are appropriate for anyone 4th BPT and above.
  • Do you have a phone app for this?
    We do not have a phone app for these classes yet. You can access live classes if you have the Zoom app on your electronic devices, however recorded/previously done classes can be accessed via web portal using your unique login ID and password (Safari, Google Chrome, etc.,) on your electronic device.
